“Got into a car accident and needed treatment on New Year's Eve. Dr. Sam was the one who was immediately there. He left Cerritos (and his family) to open the office for us and tend to our needs over the holiday weekend. He worked on me and my family for almost three hours on our first visit. He was extremely comprehensive. I could tell he's not in this for the money. He does it because he cares. We're all on the mend now and will continue to go to Dr. Sam. “Primo is not your average Italian spot, the recipes and flavors are truly authentic and have a running theme of being rustic in nature. The vibes were emaculate as we went on a Friday night and there was live piano that night. My family ordered two antipasti with the calamari and gnocchi, both had distinct flavors and the calamari was crispy without tasting too much like the ocean. The gnocchi was creamy and nutty, just perfect. The main course had excellent portions and the parpardelle was cooked al dente and the sauce was full flavored. I would recommend anyone in the area to swing by and give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.”

“A friend brought me to Truxton's American Bistro, located in the Hillside Village Shopping Center for a late lunch. Their menu has a well balanced mix of dishes to satisfy any appetite. I ordered one of their Favorite items on their Menu, the Sweet & Spicy Shrimp Tacos which is served with corn and poblano brown rice and black beans or your choice of a side. I chose their side of Sweet potato Fries. I loved it! The slaw on top was refreshing and delicious and their shrimp was seasoned in a perfect harmony of sweet and spicy. Our server was so friendly and efficient. I would come here again and I highly recommend this restaurant.”

“I just found a beautiful Turkish rug that has been sitting in my Aunts garage for the last ten years. My grandmother had purchased the rug in Turkey some 40+ years ago. It's absolutely gorgeous but smells terrible so needs a good cleaning, enter Pull & Thread. Right when I walked in I was warmly greeted by two amazing women. They gave me their suggestions on cleaning and repairing the rug and their pricing was great. I'm so excited to see what it looks like (and smells like) in about a week! We ended up chatting for a while and I found out they offer different classes and workshops at the store, like how to make macrame plant hangers. Great people and a beautiful store! Will update as soon as I pick up my clean and wonderfully smelling Turkish rug.”
