I was an online customer, but when I ran into a couple issues, he was the one who ultimately kept taking care of me, even though I wasn't actually physically in his store. If I lived in Cali, I would definitely be making this my one stop shop for all my cruiser needs. In the meantime, I buy all my accessories from them over the net, because they have the nicest stuff. And it's kind of hard to find cruiser-specific accessories just anywhere. But, definitely check out this shop, and ask for Rico. Cool dude.”

I think I'm the grumpy old filipino lady, (no other FILIPINOS work there that I know of) I apologize if I didn't accept any toys from a donor who was only trying to be kind and help, especially 12 bags full of them, although I do not recall doing so. I work super hard and only do as I am told. Everyone there does work really hard to maintain the store and offer great customer service to there best of their abilities. “I am so glad I found Dorinda at an open house I popped in at. Shopping for a home is an exciting and happy experience, but as first time home buyers, we were apprehensive about the process. We attended the first time home buying seminar she invited us to. We received information that was easy to understand and encouraging. We went out for only a couple of weekends before we found the perfect home for us. Throughout the process, Dorinda explained the nuts and bolts of real estate, about the transaction, what to expect, etc. The paperwork went much smoother than we expected and that had a lot to do with Dorinda’s knowledge, experience and efficiency. “Had an appointment for 9 am. Showed up at 830. Waited 10 minutes to get checked in and then 30 minutes to get called for early vehicle registration renewal. Paperwork process went through swiftly, as did the vehicle inspection following and I was out of there by 9:45. Everybody was kind and helpful and the line was moving. If you plan ahead and get an appointment it'll be easy!”

“The place is easily visible, parking is easy and free. I was greeted as soon as I walked. Service overall was great. The grilled chicken salad I ordered was great. The bathroom was very clean. Great experience overall. I came in during lunch time and it was not crowded. Maybe the prices are a little higher than they should be. I notice at bar there were a couple of senior citizens that seemed to be regulars. They seem to be pretty jolly indeed. All and all a good experience. Will be coming back soon.”
