I did not pre-order, and I wanted a dense, high-quality foam. They have a ton of different materials in stock, and had just what I needed. Overall, the visit took about an hour from the time I walked in to the time I walked out with my new cushions. I'd say that's pretty good, especially considering how busy they were. And to top it off, the price was about 1/3 of what I had expected based on online quotes from other vendors. I'll be returning. Highly recommended.”
