“I went to the ASD trade show in Las Vegas, where I saw an aisle of products. I placed an order and after a month I called to find out if it had shipped. It had not. I finally got the product shipped. I should have let the order fall through the cracks. The used breakable Christmas ornaments as packing material. I mean that they literally placed the ornaments around other boxes inside a large box. It appear that most of the ornaments that I purchased were manufactured in China with absolutely no quality control. examples; So far all of one color of hat ornaments had fabric cut too small. The snowman with hat ornaments appears to be made of a soft material that is then flocked. The snowmen are full of dents. Then many of the hats are over glued. The glue is very apparent and unsightly. The bows with decorations include small pine cones. Once you remove them from the bag to display them you find that the pinecones are no longer attached. I have asked for a credit at least for the ornaments used as packing material and get someone will get back to you. I am going on 3-4 weeks and have yet to be contacted by them. WHile they do respond to an email, it is always another put off. Jill”
