SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union - Walnut

I normally deposit checks using the mobile app. However, recently I was unable to e-deposit one of the checks that I had received. That brought me out to this branch. I took the opportunity to also deposit a jar full of coins while using their convenient Coinstar machine. The machine is free to use for members and is located in the back. It was pleasant to interact with all of the employees including the teller. They were all very friendly.

Small location for the branch. But everything is is smartly placed. All the associates are super kind and willing to answer any questions! The machine that you can use to change coins is in the back. It is in good working order and I was able to change all my coins in under 20 minutes!

Krystal Quinonez helped me with my Autoloan. She made sure that everything was inorder she was awsome!

Friendly staff. Treat you like Starbucks. Know you and your transactions.

I visited on Friday, September 11, 2020. The employees were warm and friendly. An employee greeted and welcomed me when I walked in. The employee who helped me was friendly, happy, enthusiastic, patient, and positive with me.
