  I purchased my first car with Robert Sanchez in the Sales Department. My experience was pleasant. This was the 3rd dealership I visited and it was the best experience out of the three. I appreciate the no pressure approach. I felt he was more concern with my needs then trying to sell me something he wanted.

  After a terrible experience at another Honda dealership down the street, we met Kevin Velazquez. Kevin spoke Spanish well and was able to easily communicate options clearly with my family. He offered my family refreshments and answered all our questions. Kevin was personable, professional, patient, and helpful. Thank you for an excellent experience!

  I just got my 2019 civic hatchback here and it was such an awesome Experience! The car salesman Samuel Romero was on my side the whole time and made sure I got everything I needed/wanted. Even stayed after he was scheduled to be off to make sure I drove off with the red one coming from another dealership. Can’t say I have any want to ever go to another dealership. Thanks for being so awesome Norm Reeves!

  Kevin Velazquez was very helpful during my car purchase last weekend. He was very kind and friendly yet professional. I had a ton of questions and he patiently answered them, he offered water, coffee etc. to make the process less stressful. This is someone that is really out to help his customers, he went above and beyond to make my experience a great one! And Jeff in finance was great too. He worked with me to make sure I got the best deal possible. These are good people and I love this Honda location. If you are in the market for a Honda, this is the place to visit, and Kevin is the man to see!

  My car buying experience with Randy was great! He was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. Everything went great until I met with the Finance guy Kimbo. He didn't seem to fond of me or even cared if I wanted to buy the car or not. At that time he advised me of the alarm fee. I think he gave me a price of $1500 or so but said he would give me the employee discount which knocked it down to $500. I was upset that I was not informed during the deal process and he basically told me i can get the car or not. The only reason I kept the deal was because I felt that Randy really worked with me on pricing and helped me trade my car in for a fair price. He also made it up by giving me floor mats because he felt bad. All in all if it weren't for Randy I wouldn't have gotten this car. My happiness seemed like it mattered to him and to be honest you don't get that from other car salesman. I got a really fake vibe from everyone I met but he seemed genuine. He's definitely the guy to see when coming her!
