“Great customer service, they had just what I needed. While running a bunch of errands today I stopped at Buchanan’s Spoke and Rim to pick up some spokes for my motorcycle. While Ken went in the back to find the right spokes an old guy came out of his office. He walked up to the counter and asked if I had been helped yet. I said yes, thanks. He said “good that way I won’t screw things up”. I asked if he was the original owner. He said yes. He asked “what do you call an alligator wearing a vest?” “An investigator” Just then Ken came back with my spokes and asked the old guy if he was leaving. The old guy said yes. Ken gave him a hug and said “I love you Dad, I’ll see you tomorrow”. I asked Ken if his Dad came in every day. He said yes but sometimes he misses Mondays. I asked how old he was. 93 was his reply. I had to share to story because this is the backbone of America! Love, Family values and successful independent businesses.”

Other places wanted to charge $600+ but AW Collision charged $350. That's almost half the price! Not only did he replace the timing belt, but checked out other parts of the car that needed repairs. He was kind and helpful in his explanations.”

On Monday morning when Gus was to be here between 8 and 9, he called right at 9 to say that he was 6 minutes from the house and was held up by traffic. Who today is as punctual as that or informs you if they are late. He surveyed the problem and said Jason /Chris would be here today between 8 and 9. They were here by 8:20 and had completed the new faucet installation in an hour, tested it and demonstrated it to our satisfaction. Amazing. We highly recommend them. PS They had to come in and out of the house several times which meant putting on and taking off shoe coverings many times which they did.”
