There aren't too many workers there, so don't be surprised if they don't answer their phones right away. My experience was pleasant and quick. I phoned the store and they called me when my window was ready to install. I was out in about 30 minutes. I was especially pleased that they vacuumed all the extra glass too. Anthonio walks in and takes him. Doesn't matter who was waiting first. Anyhow, 1 hour and 45 minutes later after my appointment time for an oil change my car was ready. I saw my car being pulled out and parked so I go inside to pay. Lonnie hands me my keys and cash me out. Lonnie was extremely nice and helpful. Because of him I just might come back. I've been to many pep boys in the surrounding areas and afar only to be discouraged due to their customer service.”
