Doesn't put off your phone calls for 3 days, then tell you it will be another 5. Tells you everything up front.”

I have been going to B&S as far back as the 60s with my dad and brother and just had my BMW repaired, it rides like new. Its the only place I have seen were 3 to 4 work together and cross check their work, you know its done correct and when you drive off into the sunset its like driving the car as if it were new again.”

“On my way to work, my car gives the notification that a tire is low. I pull over, do a walk-around & see my left rear tire is entirely flat with a screw wedged in the tread. I'm always weary about trying new places, but seeing as my tire was in such bad shape, I had no other choice. After searching yelp & Google, I found this was the tire shop that was nearest to me. I arrived and within seconds was helped. There was only one man working, but he was fast, friendly & fair. Unfortunately, this has not been the first time that I have had a screw in my tire, so I know what price I would need to be charged for a service like this.I have been in situations, & have heard stories from some of my female friends, where shops overcharge for tire patch services, because they assume that we don't know any better. This is how I know that what I was charged was fair; it was actually cheaper than I've ever seen! This is definitely one of the best experience I have had at a tire shop. I'm glad that this stressful situation was quickly remedied. I would definitely recommend this place and have bookmarked it for future incidents because, with my luck, there will be a next time. Lol”
