“I am a Marine Veteran that can say was a bit upset and impatient to get my C&P report back sooner but due to the Dr being off for vacation after my Exam, my report was not cleared up or completed which VA sent back to QTC to get Dr from Louisiana to complete. After speaking to several QTC reps, I was still impatient and perturbed because I felt their explanation was beating around the bush. I finally ended up speaking to an agent named Marisol Gonzalez who was very professional in which she explained the same thing as previous agents did, but with a different approach giving me more ease and patience in regards to my situation. Her professionalism and character of conversation inspired me and gave me hope that VA would soon have my report to complete my C&P and I would be on the road to getting a quick decision. Not sure what the deal was with the poor reviewers below...I've had similar problems like they mentioned, but everyone in the office (staff, management, and even doctors when able) went out of their way to help me. It was still a frustrating process, but with their help, guidance and a little patience, the office staff got it all taken care of. Healthcare in general nowadays is frustrating, but that isn't the office's fault. I'm just grateful they helped me through the process and got it taken care of.”
