“I have read some very bad reviews and was nervous coming to this place. Although my experience from the moment I walked in for the consultation was professional from staff to speaking with doctor. All my questions we’re answered. The day of my procedure was exactly the same. Everyone was efficient and very nice. I did have to wait and extra hour however there were many people coming in for the same procedure (colonoscopy), and you never know if there are complications with a patient. Every single nurse was delightful!”

“After waiting 1.5 hours to see a doctor i saw the doctor for 5 minutes. He sent a nurse in 30 mins later to hand me a packet of information about his prognosis. By this time I was tired, sick, been listening to staff chatter and laughter while I waited to get some answers from a doctor. He gets the big bucks yet he speeds the least amount of time with me. The need a new system. All staff was friendly and polite. My apologies to the nurse that delivered my results. I kinda vented my frustrations to her. She was very kind and took my rudeness well.”
