In that case, this is the pharmacy for you. I visited this pharmacy today after I decided to leave the CVS pharmacy at Nordhoff & Balboa after more than 30 years. The reason I left CVS was the unprofessional and rude treatment I received from some of the staff. I came to Metro Pharmacy today, and I was greeted by the pharmacist and another lady. Both Emilya and Asya greeted me with smiles and helped me transfer all my prescriptions to this store. I was so pleased with their professionalism that as soon as I got home, I started writing this review. I seldom write a review unless the service is beyond my expectation, and today I received that kind of service. If you are tired of the attitude of the manager and employees of your pharmacy, this is the place to switch to.”

The gentleman helped me a lot over the phone to book my appointments, helped with me recent insurance change and also accommodated my busy schedule and was always very nice and pleasant. I truly appreciate it! Dr. Reyes assistant was also very welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Reyes provides you with all the information you need and educates you on your daily customized dental routine. I tried out a new dentist a few months ago closer to home in Rancho Cucamonga but after I left I immediately decided I couldn’t leave Bella Dental, the experience was completely different.
