“This is my 3rd time here, although my first time since the pandemic started. Overall I would strongly recommend this place, with the caveat that this is not your typical American spa. The whole experience took about 2 hours. First you get changed into a gown and lay down on the heated bed under the covers. They clean your face and then give a consultation on what you might need. I appreciated that they were knowledgeable but not pushy about any treatments, and that they offered options at various price points. I opted for the microdermabrasion ($150). The microdermabrasion was one of the most thorough ones I’ve had. They went over my face, neck, and décolletage multiple times. They even went back after the treatment was over to suction part of my nose again. They put cotton balls in my ears to prevent any powder from getting in, which I appreciated. After that, they put tons on tons of lotions and potions and gave my face a thorough pampering. Two things I noticed that are different from many American places: 1) They don’t necessarily tell you what products they’re putting on your face. I trust these ladies so I didn’t have a problem with that, but if you have any sensitivities I might let them know upfront. 2) While the massage is incredibly soothing, it’s done with swift, deft hands rather than slow movements. At one point they were even lightly slapping my face! Not sure what that does (to help the serums absorb better? To whip my saggy skin into shape?), but it felt very nice! They also massage your arms, hands, and upper back. Again, very relaxing. When I came home, I could see that my face was visibly brighter and smoother. It’s been 8 hours and my skin still feels hydrated and soft! I will definitely be coming back again, and maybe bring my husband and mom because I think they will enjoy the experience!”

“Dr. V is the absolute best doctor to have, no questions asked. I went to college and studied microbiology, doing so trained me to read scientific literature, which is both a blessing and a curse. A curse because I’m a hypochondriac who always goes down the rabbit hole whenever I look for symptoms to self diagnose myself. A pre-appointment conversation on my end usually goes like, “Dr. V, my left ear pops infrequently when I do nothing, I think it might be a brain tumor or an aneurysm.” I’ll go and he’ll take his time to do my check up, he cuts no corners and is very thorough with his explanations. He lets you talk, I’m very descriptive with my symptoms and he listens to everything I have to say. He never rushes me or cuts me off. He’s even gone to the lengths of analyzing and interpreting my chest X-rays from another Kaiser facility (Downey) that neglected to provide any results, let alone comments or reassurance that I was fine. He is badass, excuse my language. He became my doctor a month after I turned 18, he did everything in his power to grant me reassurance during a colon cancer scare that I had back when I was a pup. I am 25 now, I see him frequently and by the looks of it, he already knows who I am (I would assume, just based off the dialogues that we have). Out of the multiple visits that I’ve had with him, I’ve never had any issues with him. He’s a great human being, the type to shake a patients hand after he’s done with them. He always tells me, “when you hear hoofbeats, think horses, not zebras.” Which is great words for someone who worries about their health all the time and always assumes the worst. If anyone has questions about my experience, or even wants to verify that my review was legit, look for Salvador E. Munoz on LinkedIn and I’ll be glad to confirm (: I hope my review was helpful!”

“This is my personal experience. I was not in the best shape and health condition due to the multiple surgeries in the past few years. I joined other gyms in the past. But I never really enjoyed those gyms because they are dirty and too many "creepy" people. W2.0 ~ I love how this fitness studio offers a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment for all age groups. All the fitness instructors here are well experienced and very knowledgeable. They provide group trainings and one-on-one private classes. My personal instructor constantly evaluates my physical conditions in order to plan and to adjust the exercise routines & programs in order to help me to reach my goals. Once I come to check out this studio and join as a member, I really enjoy being in this healthy environment and getting inspired by all the great instructors who also teach people self-love, self-care, and self-respect. I enjoy being a member at W2.0 and making the exercise routine as a part of my lifestyle.”

“In the past I've come here to complain about this pharmacy so it's only fair to come here after I've just had a pleasant experience with your pharmacy tech over the phone. Who ever is clocked on helping in the pharmacy today, August 16th at 4:20pm is a ray of sunshine in my day today. Thank you.”

“This has been my doctor office for the past 10 years and I couldn't be happier with them. They are always so caring, and a few of the people who work there know me by name, (I go so often :/ ) so they really make me feel at home and comfortable talking with them about my health issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a good doctor; Adults and kids.”

“Im short I love this place. The vibe is on point. Having the one on one personal training is great. The workout is tailored to meet my needs and help achieve my goals. Been coming here for four months and I can already see major progress. It’s a great place to workout and relieve my stresses of the day. Totally worth it.”

“Dr. Hakkak was awesome! She took her time with me and listened to all of my concerns. She took the time to explain things so that I could understand and even had me call my wife so that she could speak to us both in case I forgot anything! What a caring person and amazing doctor. I highly doubt her!”

“Words truly can not express how grateful i am to Medcessity for restoring my injured finger back to functional use. As a professional musician i could not have made the progress i had, if i did not come here. Everyone from the AMAZING staff who greets you at the window, and is super friendly and goes above and beyond, to the therapists who have a smooth process that is truly the most effective i have seen in a medical therapy setting. The smiles, the warmth, the true care, all are part of the healing process, alongside the actual therapy portion. Not that i want to be injured, but i kind of miss the pampering! ;-p THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!! ”
