I was very pleased that she took as much time to listen to my concerns and did an excellent job of allaying these concerns. She took great pains to discuss a couple of options and helped me make the best choice. On the day of my surgery, she took extra time to explain what was going to happen and what to expect during my recovery. During my recovery period, there were a couple of times when I called her office to ask questions.
