“This company charged over $3,500.00 to Medicare for 1 knee brace 1 Mr Hoes back brace and 2 wrist braces. And the statements says i may still get charged over $600.00 more. The most expensive knee brace i found was under $200.00. The number one back brace under $100.00 as were also the wrist brasses. The Mr. Hoes back brace was too big and they were suppose to send a smaller one. Still waiting and they took all the info again to charge medicare again. I'm looking into it and going to try and send everything back. I wish i had found out first what they were going to charge. No wonder we are having so much trouble with health care. Drugs that cost pennies to produce and costing hundreds of dallors to purchase. And our Goverment is just paying it out. Hard earned taxes. Its just wrong.”

“Best customer experience I have ever had at a Pharmacy. I have been taking my medications for years so I have switched between a lot of pharmacies. They are very polite and knowledgable. They go out of the way to take care of you. They really helped me out in a couple of occasions: 1. I had to take a last minute work trip and I was unable to refill my medication before I left. They were happy to transfer my prescription over to Maryland within 1 hour to make sure I am not without my medication. 2. One of the medication I take regularly was recalled by the manufacture. The pharmacist called me to inform me and volunteered to call my doctor to ask for a replacement. With them being a local business, I was worried about the price being higher but somehow I am paying less out of pocket than I was at Costco. Thanks guys!”

However, if you choose this location and see their PA Reina she is friendly and will take GREAT care of you if you get her. Also the receptionist are super responsive and follow up. If it’s urgent they will try their best to get you in if there’s cancellations, which they have a waitlist for. they should get paid extra. You feel cared for at this place. They know how to run a clinic. Highly recommend even though the location/area is a little sketchy.”
