“Thank You Billy!! Our sofa looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. We had some young visitors and one drew on the back of our off-white microfiber sofa with black ball point pen. The idea of the ink coming out didn't look very promising. Our stain guard warranty that was added to the sofa when we purchased it had expired, but I called the place where we purchased the sofa anyway asking what we'd do or who we'd call if it were still under warranty. They said if we were still under warranty then PRIUS CARPET CLEANING Carpet & Upholstery is the local company who would do the work to get the stain out. I called and made an appointment. The woman on the phone did say they can not guarantee pen ink will come out it's one of the harder stains to take out, especially on off white. We made the appointment. Billy came to the house, looked at the stain and told us the same thing. He said he'd do his best, but he doesn't know if it will come out or if we'll still be able to see it. He worked his magic (and it was a hot day and we don't have air-conditioning. I don't know many people who would work that hard in the heat). We were so happily surprised when he was done. That stain is gone! Our sofa looks brand new! We're still doing a happy dance. It's rare to see people taking their work seriously and having such attention to detail. We've gotten used to being disappointed by a lot of mediocre work and Billy is just awesome! He really does his best, as if it's his own home. We are so happy and so thrilled. They responded the same day, and we figured out a convenient time for a walk through. We received an estimate immediately after the walk through, and within another day had our deep clean scheduled for the following week. Overall, our experience with You've Got Maids was really positive and we're looking to work with them moving forward. We plan to start with cleanings every 3 weeks. This house cleaning service has certainly reduced our stress and increased our down time at home! I'm a little nervous about the pets moving forward as it's not easy for me to leave work midday and not fair for the cats to be locked up for long periods, but I've made my concerns known and I'm sure they'll be addressed. “My fiancé and I enjoy washing here. The laundromat is very clean every time we come. The service workers are very kind and helpful. They enjoy doing there job and are very cheerful at it. They have the speed Queen app which is very helpful, specially for someone like myself “a millennial”. It’s the perfect combination of technology and efficiency. Their app does glitch every now and then. I hope that it eventually starts to run smoother. The last wash is at 8:45pm. Make sure you’re inside because the doors lock automatically. I enjoy the high security and cameras. It makes me feel safe washing here. The majority of the people are to themselves. Overall, I’ve had a good experience.”
