Clean, brightly lit, wide variety of new HE washing machines, prices are very reasonable and the attendant is very friendly, when I asked the price for each size of machine he actually took the time to walk up to each one and tell me the price so there was no confusion. I think we all know how rare what should be essentially simple customer service such as that is nowadays. I've been to some laundromats over the years where I actually second guessed if my clothes were cleaner before I washed them 😩😅 Not here though, left fully confident my clothes were clean!”

I had gone to a different Laundry place in Burbank but was told that they do not have/use disinfectant. This was around March 2020. I nope out of there and came here. Rick, the technician, explained everything, including pricing, thoroughly and was friendly, efficient, and left the rugs looking like new. I have gone long and far in the La Mirada and neighboring cities to find a clean, modern and safe laundromat to be able to bring my families clothing and mine to wash twice a week to and I must say this is the top choice on my list, by far. After searching the area in the past 2 years I haven’t found a comparable laundromat that comes close to this one. Not only are all the machines well kept every time I’ve shown up but also I noticed that the dryer filters are always cleaned by the staff and other customers that attend the laundromat regularly as well. In my opinion that goes a long way to show that others like me that come here to take care of their laundry needs appreciate and care for the business the way that the staff does. Also a great plus side to this laundromat: there is a 7/11, Mobil gas station, pep boys (for all the car fanatics), a candy store, teriyaki food, su his restaurant and barber shop all within the same shopping center! A good way to spend time while your clothes are being taken care of in the laundromat”

“If I could give them 10 stars I would. I was in town staying at the nearby Hilton and needed a shirt and pants cleaned for a wedding the next day. I stopped at two cleaners (I was on foot) closer to the Hilton, first place the guy was just a jerk, second stop (across the street from first) the lady said she couldn't do it but was very helpful and gave me directions to Swiss and said she felt they could. When I arrived at Swiss I was greeted promptly and the man was very helpful, didn't even bat an eye when I asked if i could pick them up the next morning. The next morning I arrived shortly after 9 am and was greeted promptly by another gentleman and within seconds I had my garments and was on my way. If I lived ANYWHERE near Glendale I could assure you I would be a customer of theirs for life.”

“It's good because it's 24 hours. The dryers are good you don't have to keep feeding them but it's 7 min. My issue with is with washing as with any laundry place cost more for hot wash. $10.50 for the largest machine. That's with a prewash and hot water. .25 more for extra rinse. Over all I like going there.”
