“These guys are the best in LA area! Eric is extremely professional, knows his stuff and is terrific to work with. He is very customer-focused and guides you through the process at every step. Here's an example of his professionalism: we had a huge water problem under our house (many inches of water) which Eric's team removed and dried out completely. We thought we had identified and fixed the source, but we were wrong. They set up their equipment in an organized and safe manner (taped power cords and sharp edges, made sure that the water line from the dehumidifier wouldn't flop around or get things wet, etc.), cut out the damage neatly, and cleaned up wonderfully well afterwards. They paid a lot of attention to detail -- it was the amount of effort I'd put into fixing my own home. Great to speak with owners that run and operate honest, ethical companies. Seems they use eco-friendly chemicals, as the house smelled like citrus afterwards They cleaned the grout in my whole tile area, which can I say was extremely dirty.
