We had him clean the living room, dining room, and hallway as well as my mom's room. Everything looked super clean when he was finished. He had quoted me a price based on a misunderstanding of what I wanted. When he arrived and realized I had accidentally omitted a room, he said he would still stand by his price. I told him it would be more fair if he gave me a new quote. He did, and it was still a good deal. Good price, excellent job, arrived on time. I will definitely be using Carpet Hero in the future!”
