“The most perfect California beach house experience! The Surfrider Hotel feels so special and homely - a refreshing change from larger hotels. The team are super friendly and made me feel right at home from the get-go! As soon as I entered my room it smelt amazing and everything was immaculate. The fresh white sheets, Parachute robes and personalized welcome note was such a nice touch. I spent most of my time on the roof deck (the perfect spot to watch the sunset). You also have to try their spicy margarita! I had the pleasure of meeting the owners Emma and Matt and they were super friendly and showed genuine care for all the guests, it was as if I was staying in their home. “This place is fantastic. We have an excellent time every time we go. Chris and Gloria and not only knowledgeable about the land the animals and creating food from the resources on the farm but they are kind and friendly. My kids had the opportunity to milk the goats and take a walk with them. Furthermore it is a great place to take pictures. I highly recommend this place as a get away from Los Angeles, a family outing or to learn more about living in the great outdoors.”

“Arrived at 2200hrs and the owner was very polite, showed me a couple of rooms and made sure I had everything before wishing me a good night. A simple and comfortable room with everything you need, including a fridge and refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable and I actually slept beget than at the Westin in San Francisco! Definitely a nice and homely place. Recommended. ”

“We were in Acton for a family wedding and made reservations to stay here. This was oyr first time here and this is a nice RV Park, although a little cramped. The spaces are pretty narrow, so there's not a lot of room to sit outside. Everything is nice and clean and the pool & jacuzzi are nice. There's no open spaces to walk dogs...just along the road.”
