“This trail is fun to hike. Brown mountain has several small peaks. Usually one trail detours the peak and another one goes along the ridge. You can summit all the small peaks. It provides some boulders and great views to each side. Usually we walk from east to west. Going down west is a little difficult because lots of plants and steep slope. But thus adventure will be worth it.”

“Nice, easy and short trail to Eaton canyon fall. It’s mostly under the shadows. When I came in March, it’s totally different story, the water is so full that you need to wet your foot to reach the waterfall. Now, it’s just an hour easy exercise! Glad you still can see the shape of waterfall. Water will be less and less”

“I discovered this little oasis of pleasure only because the 704 bus to Santa Monica was on detour due to a section of West Hollywood being closed for the Halloween Street party. I sat by this Italian-design fountain for a little while to refresh my senses on my hour walk towards the ocean. Then I strolled through the landscaped gardens running along the edge of the residential area of Beverly Hills and the main thoroughfare of Santa Monica Blvd. It is a romantic sanded pathway shaded by towering trees with lovely spots to sit along the way. At each crossroad, you can modestly peer into the enchanting world of the Beverley Hills neighbourhood and ponder and appreciate another lifestyle with grace. There are so many fascinating and inspiring enclaves to discover in California and locally in L.A. Walking affords you this opportunity and an enriching means to invest in your health. Find your own rich. The spiritual texts teach: Rich is the man who is happy with his own lot! Walking in the sunshine a free human being, is one positive way to feel rich!”

“A good clean park with several amenities that is only a mile off 405. Parking is FREE and ample. Soft Ball area. shaded picnic benches, play area for kids from.2-5 and then a separate for older kids. This is the first park where I've seen a Bully Free sign. Nice initiative Culver City.”

“This was a nice little hidden gem of a baseball field. The snack bar tempted with wonderful smells coming from the grills and the service and boys going around a selling fresh backed cookies was very friendly.”

“This is the perfect past time if you've arrived at the airport too early for a flight or for a hotel stay. It was relaxing (and a little exciting because I love planes) sitting in the grass and watching the planes fly over and land. Also, if you're hungry, there's an In-N-Out burger behind the viewpoint.”
Address: E Imperial Ave, El Segundo, CA 90245, USA
“The park itself is basic, but the people and their pooches they bring are great. So friendly, definitely a community within itself. People come from all over, and it seems most people have been going there for a while. There’s a separated individual area for smaller dogs which is thoughtful. Parking is always available. We love this place because of the people and their pets that go there :)”
Address: 1601 Manhattan Beach Blvd, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266, USA
“Great park for kids with 3 parks total and a lake. The equipment is worn but overall we had a good time playing and walking. Street parking but sundays are good.”

“This is a fabulous dog park. My dogs always thoroughly enjoy themselves and are safe doing so. The other dog owners are lovely and kind with fun conversations. Everyone is responsible and pick up after their dogs.... leading to the cleanliness which I'd go with an A+ for sure!”
