“Nice place for a walk with the dogs and a good hike. We walked quite a way up the trail and found mountain goats. I'll try to post the video but the neighbor has a good feel and it was quiet... at least today.”

“Just a cute little "mini" park at the corner of a pretty nice neighborhood. Not usually a lot of people here, only one bench under a covered area. There is a large grass patch to play with your puppy along with doggie bags. The entire park has a fence except for the entrance. No real "parking". Really awesome for the neighborhood but not really a park to drive to an hope for a birthday party or family BBQ. ”

“First time visit yesterday, and WOW! What a beautiful park for both humans and your K9 companion. Clean, comfortable, classy design. Huge areas for both small and large dogs (separate ones) to socialize and play. Ample parking and clean restroom facilities. 5***** all the way ????”

“Nice beach for watching the surf roll in. Access point open sun up to sun down. Visited in early July & my friend commented on the relative lack of sea shells- not much fun for beachcombers but great for strolling barefoot. The downside-no public restrooms nearby & the paucity of parking.”

“Peaceful, yet active with people. Huge park that makes you feel free. You can walk up hills, play soccer, baseball, they have basketball courts and pull up bars, lighting at night, visible restrooms, many parking spots. There's a garden and they occasionally have events, too. Great park, really great. Central park is gorgeous, too, the view of the city from the top is amazing.”

“Beautiful scenery and definitely feels miles away from civilization. According to All Trails, it's a 2.9 mile hike but you can definitely extend for many more miles along the Pacific Crest Trail. Go by the visitor center first and check out the offerings (they have clean restrooms). They'll even offer you a trail guide to identify some of the plant life on the scene. The workers are knowledgeable and friendly. Bring water and watch out for horse manure. Feel free to climb the rocks!”

“Ignore the seemingly unsavory types- they're too lazy to be dangerous. This park is a GEM. Wide open spaces and numerous places to run and play and ride bikes. Playground is hours of fun, and the staff - the staff is some of the very finest people the city has ever employed. Thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable. The classes available are fantastic for kids ! Oh and the history! Ive even been told shirley temple's spirit hangs out there. My son loves this places and so do I”
