“I have been coming to this location for the past 2 years. Everyone is very nice and courteous. Lines can be long but that's not the workers' fault. I am surprised seeing such a low rating here because I have nothing negative to say. Plenty of parking, located in a nice neighborhood, clerks will scan your packages without an attitude, and they don't look miserable doing their job. The Long Beach location on Ocean Ave is absolutely horrible. They won't scan your packages saying it's not their job. I sure left them an honest review too.”

“Lobby hours are different from cashier hours. You can still go inside and drop off stamped mail during lobby hours. Priority mail boxes and envelopes are free. If you prepaid shipping online and have a label on package you don't have to stand in line, just walk up to the window and insert your package in the glass box.”

“My passport process experience was not as bad as the other reviews! As long as you have all the required documents and have everything filled out correctly it should be smooth. I had an appointment and while i was waiting in line an employee helped me double check everything to make sure i was ready to go. I appreciated that. The lady at the window was nice as well. You can tell she was a little irritated, which i can understand. But my husband cracked a joke and she laughed then she was much nicer. My husband and I tried to get a passport for my 17 month old at the Airport location and the lady who was taking pictures there was not patient with my baby and refused to take her picture because she was crying. The lady in this office was extremely patient she even let me take the picture! I wish i got her name but I’m so thankful for her.”
