These people that run it look like they come from the hood and they act the part. Does black owned business have to be this way? I strongly suggest some kind of customer service training for everyone even the owner. Just a facility full of frowned up faces, dry and nasty dispositions, and the atmosphere has a feeling of uneasiness and makes you feel slightly uncomfortable. Food is the business though and the sauce is awesome. The food is well worth the cash but the experience has changed my mind. My first and last time. Update: (January 24,2020)- Since this review, this place has made such a tremendous turn around. Service with a smile, wonderful and pleasant attitudes and over the top CS. YEAH, I said wouldn’t go back but...I couldn’t help it the sauce is addictive and now they have lobster burgers and what not. I love y’all!”

“Great food and vibe. We sat outside which was perfect. We shared a pizza that was better than NYC pizza. The portions are generous so we shared a chopped salad and then had the halibut which we moist and well prepared. The servers are helpful and friendly. Lots of other options on the menu which we want to try next time. The wine menu also has some unique and well priced options. This place kills it! Great atmosphere, service and fantastic, flavorful dishes with top notch presentation. Tasty cocktails and wine selections. Perfect for an informal lunch or modest dinner of amazing salads and wood fired pizza. Also ideal for a family dinner, a special celebration or a romantic evening. The tortilla that they use is really tasty. the crunchy tacos are good and the bean and cheese burritos are delicious. I believe they use Peruvian beans and plenty of cheese.... Yum!! The only reason why I put four stars is because they charge $0.75 because they charge $0.75 for each transaction even when they messed up on an order and have to charge your card again.”

“Tiny spot in a strip mall that has the taste of freshly prepared, homemade Mexican food. There are 1,000's of places you can eat from that surround this place and serves the same thing. But I'd rather support a local business owner who works hard everyday and serves fresh food than another place that has a chain around the South Bay. Don't count calories here and forget your macros, this isn't the place for that. The tostadas that came with the shrimp cocktail were just fried so it was crisp and hot. The cocktail was swimming in shrimp, sauce and avocados.”
