“This review is long overdue. I have used this awesome facility since 2013. Craig and Sherry are the on site managers and Carol fills in on the days they are not in. All three are simply the friendliest and helpful people one could ask for. They take their business seriously but maintain an incredible aura of sincere warmth and friendliness to all of their customers. This is more than a simple business deal. Going there is like going to a friend's home to accomplish some work and also relax a bit in the office. Tasty snacks are always on hand as is ice cold bottled water. Were more businesses operated like Westward Storage, there would be more satisfied customers! Proof of Craig & Sherry's competence is their 100% occupancy the majority of time! Salute!”

My morning started off with a friendly phone call from Lindsey and her crew, letting me know that they would be arriving not on time, but ahead of time! Three incredibly friendly, energetics, and professional gentleman arrived, and made incredibly quick work of my apartment. Not only that, but they seem to actually enjoy their job to the extent that this move was actually fun! I know that sounds crazy, but Lindsey and her crew were phenomenal. Lumper Fee, Is Charged thought Relay / Road Sync App, they Don't accept Cash, (that's why they need your Cell number). Picking Up or Delivering, If you Arrive ½ hour after your Appointment time, they might access a Late Fee & you can Only Check-In ½ half before your Appointment time. Prior Checking In at the Window, Lineage wants you to write on EACH BOL Page your, Carrier name, Driver License number, Confirmation number, Cell number, & Trailer number. Once assigned a Door, Receiver will come out to Verify & Break your Intact Seal. For my Experience Delivering here, I arrived at Midnight to assure myself Parking, Checked-In at 7:30AM for my 8AM Appointment. Personal Staff were very Kind & Professional. Once the Receiver broke the Seal, 15 minutes later they started Unloading me & took them like an Hour to finish & receive paperwork, (Receiver comes to your truck to handle you paperwork), but yet again it was one item of 28 pallets.”
