“Been taking my pup here for a bath for a few years now. The staff is super friendly, professional and they do a great job taking care of my little chihuahua. Even though I moved out of Studio City, I still make the drive over just for this place. Highly recommend. But to the owner: please switch back to the older bandanas you guys used to use. It used to be the highlight of the bath and we could reuse them when we wanted to put something cute on him. The old bandanas were great (the new ones not so much).”

“Rosa was the person working when I got there and whatever this person is making isn't enough she needs a raise. What an attentive diligent and fast working employee. Five stars really go to her. Working the store by myself she helped two preceding customers, me, AND dealt with a rep from Motorola. The store was clean, the hours signage was clear and legible. Note, not all of the product signage inside is in English, but I don't think that's bad. Definitely good for speakers/readers of Chinese! Rosa was adept at both switching back and forth to help everyone, and ALSO getting product samples, products, and accessories for each of us. Didn't confuse a single transaction or forget a detail and went the extra bit to even switch her register systems when it was being a little jank! Rosa 10/10. Cricket was pretty good too. My new mobile hotspot is working wonderfully so far, just like my Cricket service plan which has served me well the last 7+/- years.”

“If I could give this market 10 stars. Hands down, I would. They deserve that, then some! The store is super clean. Well stocked. The fruit and vegetables are fresh. They're not shipped in from an outside supplier. They are actually grown on their own farm and shipped directly to the store. There is a vast selection of freshly cut meat. Ox tails, steak, ribs, ground beef, and ceviche. You name it, they have it. All freshly cut. If all of that doesn't impress you. The customer service will have you coming back for that solely alone. It's not every day you meet people who truly enjoy their job. I can honestly say that not one employee seemed to be "just doing a job." Their professionalism, helpfulness, and the fact that they all went out of their way to stop and make small talk and ask how your day was going. Spoke volumes to me. You never know what a person is going thru. However, they truly made you feel like they cared. My mom is 83 years old. They made her feel comfortable shopping at their store. Everything about El Fresco Farms is what I look for in a grocery store. Job well done!! They even have armed security (sad as it sounds. It's needed nowadays).
