Is no exception. The staff is quite exceptional, but sometimes it's really hard to get them on the phone. “I am a hobby Yorkshire Terrier breeder. I have brought my dogs here for their shots, and teeth cleaning. The wait can be insanely long sometimes. Even to drop your dog off, with an appointment (teeth cleaning) I had to wait almost 2 hours. I also had my kitten neutered here. They did a good job, but even though they called me to pick up I still had to wait an hour and a half. I feel like Dr. Sam was very good. Most of the staff is nice. But they need to higher a person for just the front desk, to answer phones and take payments. They get really backed up. And it would alleviate stress on the nurses. Plus the nurses wouldn't get so behind. I took 1 star off because of a couple of the crazy waits. But I have recommended this hospital to several people, because they make pet care affordable. And that is a wonderful thing.”

“We take our babies for their annual vaccs and general health visits. But get here early since there's usually long lines to see either the Vet or shots. Must ask which one is which. I made the mistake of going not asking and went in the wrong line. By the time I got to the front, it was too late to see the Vet. It gets full quick. Once your in, the Vet usually takes your pet during certain times and you get a number. After that, it's a waiting game. Unknown how many Vets they have but as long as you get a number, you're guaranteed a place. Their prices are less than what you expect from other places. Plus, they have a list of other locations with similar hours and long lines. Just call for further info.”

“I have been going to this place for years. The only down part is the wait time. It could be hours. They only have one Doctor, so the wait time is understandable. The Doctor ALWAYS does a thorough examination. The staff always go above and beyond to help as well. Pricing here is the ultimate best. The cheapest I have ever encountered. At other places blood test cost around 300 but here it is about 180. I'd wait to to save myself the money.”

“They took excellent care of my cat who had gotten an abscess. It was a little pricey because she needed sedation, but we were very happy with the outcome. The doctor was no nonsense and very down to earth and honest. They gave us different options at different prices which we appreciated and we never felt pressured. The waiting room is a little small but they had a funny parrot and had adoptable kittens playing in a giant cage.”

“This care center is a wonderful way to see sea lions and seals up close. The volunteers who work there are highly knowledgeable about the animals, and there are information signs scattered around that are also helpful. Birthing for these animals happens in the Spring, so that is when they have the most patients, since the pups can get into health trouble is they can't find food, or are attacked. This center exists with donations, so be sure to leave something to help them continue!”

“I went to PetSmart to look for an aquarium and buy some fishes. I didn't know what size or what kind of fishes I wanted. So I got help. They helped me out in picking out the tank. Also informed me on filters and the different types of fish they have. Also the food. They recommend me to get goldfishes,since they were much easier to take care of. I got a tank, pebbles, plastic aquatic trees, filter, food and many other things. I was excited. And in the end I got my aquarium and got my fishes. My wife and I love our aquarium now. And we got 3 kinds of fish now . It's awesome. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Also staff is very friendly and helpful. And it's clean as well.”
