Brenna and Marquis are a really great team in my opinion. They are very responsive with my needs as well as concerns. The building is clean and well kept. My apartment is spacious and comfortable. I feel safe where I live and enjoy the community of neighbors. I have made friends with quite a few of them. I would recommend this residence as a great place to live.”

Although that particular property wasn’t right for me, the agent told me about another property that was being renovated at the time. He took me by to see it, and even though the team was still painting and old worn out carpet was in the bedrooms, I could see the vision that was explained to me. It felt right. I applied, and was granted the keys a few days early, and moved right in. That place was home for 3 years. The experience was great! Letty is an amazing landlord who was always available to help. She sent people out to make necessary repairs ( there weren’t many ) without long waiting periods, and she trusted that I would take care of the property. Definitely a five star experience!”

Also for some strange reason my phone 📱 didn't ring when they called me to back into a door, the receiver said that he called 5 times but I only had 1 missed call 📞 and I only noticed it because at 11:07am I received a phone call from a friend and noticed the 1 missed call at 11:04am .”
