They're very informative about all the options they have and have answered every questions I asked them. They will discuss payment options that works with your budget as well. I've had my braces for 6 weeks now and the wire came off on one of my brackets through a fault of mine. I called and asked if I can walk in to get it fixed and they accommodated me instantly.
