“How i benefitted from using Rebecca as an agent was so much more than what i anticipated. Using her extensive knowledge and experience, she carefully advised me but never pushed me to do anything i didn't want to do, even when she didn't agree. rather, she supported me through the sale of my house and got me the new house that i wanted after negotiating all terms beneficial to me. It didn't even end there, she drove all the way to my old home on the morning of my move out, constantly asked me if there was anything i needed, called me several times that day to check on me, and made sure i had dinner afterward since i hadn't eaten all day. the next day she spent hours during my move in talking to ADT to arrange setup of my security system, she arranged to have my house painted and EV charger installed while i was away w my kids and offered to help with anything i need in my new home, even weeks after the deal has closed. I honestly think she is a one of a kind agent, not only because she is so knowledgeable and competent but mostly because she cares more about the client than she does about the commission.”

“I enjoyed it. It's very close to my home, walking distance so I'll be back and try the various flavors. Small operation and expensive but what isn't these days. I want our local businesses to succeed so I will definitely be back. When Tillamook is in the grocery store freezers it's hard to justify 4 small (and mean small) cups and three cookies for almost 30 bucks especially when it's not a "knock me out" ice cream experience but all 4 flavors were good as were the red velvet cookies. The person behind the counter was pleasant and eager to get me to try it all. :) Give it a shot.”

“I have lived here for 9.5 years and this place is amazing. They are a non-profit 501 (C)3 and there are many benefits. The rent is quite inexpensive, 520.00 a month; 130.00 to move in. Their amenities include toilet paper, cleaning supplies, Internet computers, cable, house meetings and 1/2 a block in each direction bus stop, bus 164.. Also, there are washers and dryers, 2 females to a room, no bunk beds and everyone is treated equally. This is an 8-bedroom house that holds 12 females. Give Vesper House Sober Living for Women a call. This is a house of recovery.”
