I have been a loyal patron for years dating back to when they opened in Newport Beach and it is no surprise to see this place gaining such a loyal following. “I kept nodding my head when having the food there. The fried pork cutlet was superb! I normally don't order this item, fearing it would be dry and hard. This wasn't the case at all with Sesame Grill! It also came with terrific curry soup. Their fried chicken was flavorful. Again, not dry at all! Third dish was shrimp fried rice. Shrimps were so tender! The price was so affordable that I even started to worry that they wouldn't be able to sustain. But the owner told me that they are very busy. For good reason! I will definitely come back with family and friends!!”

“This campus is right in the middle of the San Gabriel Valley and near the 10, 605 and 210 freeways. The campus is beautiful- there are walking areas, bike rentals, cafeteria, a gym, putting area, many lovely outdoor spaces to relax and or eat. Oh and,, theres an arcade. There are many water features and I cant say enough nice things about the CBRE staff. They've had to restrict amenities during covid but its a beautiful place to work.. I love this place. I've worked here for 21 years and I will miss it when I retire.”

“I’m only writing this because I noticed 4 star rating when I was sending the link to yet another client who was asking for an honest mechanic. Rafi is always busy so he doesn’t need google rating to boost his business, but 4 star is not fair, specially with all the low ratings being anonymous. My dad has a body shop and he’s been using Rafi and sending clients to him for over 15 years, so did I whoever is asking for a competent and honest mechanic. I’m talking about probably 50-100 people over the years. Every single one of them was blown away with his knowledge and honesty. There was never a problem he could not solve at a very reasonable price. Couldn’t recommend him more.”
