“It's been awhile since I've had a real quality burger. I almost forgot how satisfying they can be. The Fire Belly burger was pretty great. The potato bun, pickled Thai chilies and the arugula were perfect but the absolute star was the burger patty. It was cooked to a nice medium and I could tell that it was hand formed since it was not one of those overworked compacted beef pucks you get at a fast food burger place. The Pig N Fries were crispy, well seasoned and hot. The bacon, ranch and green onions on top just took this side above and beyond your regular side of fries. My girlfriend had the Cali Burger. It looked delicious as well. She really enjoyed it and said she would definitely want to come back to try a few more items on the menu.”

This reception was well received by us, but we had several people make presentations to everyone and also continuously played picture gallery on the displays in the background while speaking.”
