“First time going to noodle world after an 8 hour hike with my brother and i. The first impression was how open the place was, nice decor with the atmosphere. When we ordered our dishes. I was a little shocked to see a drink menu containing smoothies, a great delight for being in the sun all day. Food was tasty, not too bland and not salty. The appetizer was perfect. My egg noodle soup with seafood and wonton made it appealing to the eye and better down the pallet. The only not interesting feel to the place was that the restroom was outside 40 ft from the exit in the rear. Maybe it's because it's an old building. It's not adequate when it rains. Overall, I was satisfied with customer service and the tasty noodles. The coconut smoothie I ordered was just perfect.”

“My late mom lived there for about 7 yrs & while she wasn't crazy about the other residents( they weren't her "Type" i.e,people from Brooklyn & The NYC area.) She still had a nice life there. It's in a decent area that's within walking distance to Ralph's Market, restaurants & coffee shops & she would frequently walk to them. There were some staff that could use more training,but overall they're caring & look out for the residents. Emmie was my mom's favorite & was especially attentive to my mother's needs so overall I recommend this facility..”

The salsa roja is super spicy, I would recommend it on the side if you don't like spicy. The 3 asada taco plate was filling and worth the money. Also super fast service.”

“I was passing by this area and decided to stop by Waffle Studio for fun. I was pleasantly surprised by how good this place is! They have a variety of delicious waffles, teas, and coffees to choose from. I ordered the strawberry waffle, which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. It was so good that I almost finished it by myself. I also tried the house salted coffee and the coconut coffee blended, both of which were smooth and flavorful. The house salted coffee had a nice balance of sweet and salty, while the coconut coffee blended was creamy and refreshing. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the cafe was cozy and cute. They have a lot of decorations and seating options, perfect for a small chat or a relaxing break. The prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food and drinks. I would definitely come back here again and try their other waffle flavors, such as pandan, sesame. Waffle Studio is a hidden gem in South El Monte that deserves more recognition and customers. “Came here for the first time. No sit down just walk up window or to drive through ordering. Tacos are pricey now a days. This restaurants tacos are $2. 89. This restaurant has a pretty good taco combo plate with 3 tacos your choice meat, side of beans and rice and a drink. Hits the spot. Delicious tacos beans rice everything was tasty and pretty delicious good quality to my surprise. What I found with so many brick and mortar tacos places is there is mass production which skimps on quality and freshness. That was not the case here. The service is top notch. The guy that helped us was super energetic and friendly. Another quality that is lacking at taco places whether it's a taco stand or brick n mortar. Highly recommend.”
