  Outstanding! A professional and conscientious practice with exceptional staff who are knowledgeable and helpful at every encounter. Dr. Poulos was my surgeon and his skill and care for his work are evident on my face I've yet to have anyone guess I had any "work" done and the results were exactly what I had hoped for. I was never pressured and all my questions were answered honestly. Never having had ANY kind of cosmetic procedure or surgery done in my life I was anxious but I did a lot of research before and after my consultation so I felt confident in my decision.
  
  As a retired Nurse Practitioner I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the pre- and post-op instructions as well as the info on what to expect at any given stage of the process mentally as well as physically. So, if you do what you're supposed to do for as long as you're supposed to do it, you'll get the optimal result and be very happy with it.

  I recently had the Geneveve procedure to address my stress urinary incontinence. I have had wonderful results!!!! It has beyond exceeded my expectations. Emily is very professional and knowledgeable. The procedure is no big deal - quick and painless. It took about a month, but now I can work out without worry. Even little things like sneezing/coughing are not a problem anymore. This little procedure can make a big difference. I would highly recommend this procedure and Plastic Surgery Specialists ....The office and staff are amazing!!!

  My review is for the Geneveve, Vaginal Rejuvenation: First and foremost I would like to stress how comfortable the staff made me feel throughout the whole process right from the start. Right from the beginning, the conversation explaining what to expect and how it works was very professional and thorough. But what I was particularly nervous about was the procedure. Turns out there was nothing to worry about. The nurse was so nonchalant and easy going that I immediately felt at ease, like it wasn't even a thing. The procedure itself went by quicker than I anticipated and the we just chatted about about weekend plans and such. Aside from two little zaps there was no pain at all. Now to the results part - My husband is thrilled with the difference and he says everyone should do this. I don't think anything more needs to be said than that, so I highly recommend the procedure and getting it at PSS!!

  My experience in this office is always pleasant. The staff is kind, helpful, and patient. Everyone from the medical personnel to the staff seem knowledgeable and good at what they do. I am being treated for facial nerve damage from more than 20 years ago, and this is the first time it has been addressed successfully. The results are wonderfully natural and I feel like myself again! I am infinitely grateful to Dr. Hvistendahl and his staff for their kindness, generosity of heart, and for their expertise.
