And way more relaxed and professional vibe too :-) Editing to say after recently trying a fancy shmancy spa place in SF (the float plus cryo place, I forget the name) that I still think you get a better cryo experience here! The machine just seems colder and Nick can adjust on the fly to help you find your temperature sweet spot and get as cold as you can take it. For all my friends who ask me about cryo I recommend this place as my top choice for the most physically therapeutic cryo experience.”

I have so many people that say my classes are magical and their kids went from not liking the water to loving it in 4 lessons My pool is warm 93 degrees and covered. I do not advertise but have many people that recommend my lessons. I have people bringing their grandkids now after teaching their children. I have been teaching since 1969”
