Palomarin Trail Head-Alamere Falls

Address: Palomarin Trail Head, CA 94924, USA

Park

“Wonderful place to have a short or long or any distance walk! There is a big parking with restrooms on site. The trail itself is quite dirty so if there is a chance of raining bring in your rain boots. There are few stunning viewpoints throughout the trail and also short trail going down to the ocean beach. There is a steep slope at the end of the beach trail but if you get there you'll see lots of beautiful scenes and few waterfalls (at least in January) that are running almost in the ocean itself.”

Palomarin Trailhead

Address: Bolinas, CA 94924, USA

Park

“Beautiful hike that is not so crowded. Come early to avoid the afternoon crowd. Trails can be muddy and wet in the winter especially after some rain, so wear shoes that you don't care if they get muddy. Lots of fungi during the wet winter. Wish I went with someone who has more knowledge than I do about the different plants. Didn't make it to the waterfall this time, but can't wait to go back to see it.”
