“I have lived in Anaheim for 20yrs and I have grown to know this place very well. This is where you go to pay bills, court fees, jail fees and I think I've paid for parking citations here. The cashiers are always very polite and they are always professional. Even when you may be in a bad mood because you are paying something that you don't think is fair they maintain a patient professionalism. The cashiers and their managers are a great resource of knowledge. If some payment goes wrong, or something, remember that is not their fault. Treat the Collections people with respect and you might be surprised at the how hard they work to resolve your issue.”
