“My mother-in-law has been in the facility twice within the past year. It has been a very positive experience and she definitely improves while in their care. One thing I really appreciate is that they keep family involved and informed. When I visit, staff frequently drops in to do follow ups with patients and they usually have pen and paper to record any comments. They are very proactive and on top of any concerns that either the family or patient might have. It is an excellent care facility and they go out of their way to ensure that each resident is as comfortable and content as possible, given the situation.”
