“Love the service at this location. I might have the wrong name, but Wendy has always been super helpful. We've visited a couple of times and have always been helped by her. She's knowledge, quick, and super friendly. If it's one thing I appreciate it's whenever employees are not trying to upsell every item in their store. The first time we visited, we were interested in a family plan for five phone lines with unlimited talk/text to Mexico. In less than ten minutes, she went over all of the important details and answered all of our questions. Even though we all had tons of questions, we never felt rushed by her. The location itself is a fairly good size and has plenty of parking. They need a bit more seating inside. If a phone is not on display, I would still ask if it's available. We we're interested in the new Samsung phone which wasn't out on display, so Wendy grabbed one from the back for us to look over. She also offers to transfer your info/files to your new phone. Awesome store with great service!”

There’s a sign on the building saying parking in the rear so I think the one ladies review about them not telling her shows more of her expectations to be catered to then a problem with the place. The clerk was very nice and the doctor was very nice too. My only issue is their phone doesn’t seem to work. Also unlike the other ladies review they weren’t very busy and he took me in maybe 45 minutes before my appointment which was great. Sometimes you have to take people who feel the world needs to bow to them with a grain of salt. I wonder if they would have given the same one star reviews if the psychiatrist was white like them. #realtalk”
