  Rented a Tarmac from this store. It's getting hard to find bike shops that rent or demo bikes anymore so it was nice to find this store reasonably close to my house. Bike was ready to go when I got there and it fit and worked perfectly. Top notch customer service and very friendly staff willing to talk about bikes and local routes. I will rent from them again very soon.

  I’ve lived near them for many many years so when it came time me to consider a regular vs e-bike obviously I looked at their reviews and decided to go their. Please, I don’t work for them, and have no affiliation with them. So this is an honest a review as you’ll find. Lorraine helped me, she’s kind, generous with her time, and honest. Their sales, and service staff are amazing. Just go, look at what they’ve got if you need a new bike, or take your bike in for service. I promise you won’t regret it.

  Such an excellent service department. I was so fortunate to be accommodated on a late Sunday afternoon by a young man named Alex, who knows his trade backwards and forwards. Very fair pricing too.

  Rented a Tarmac Tiagra. Bike was better than I expected. Was tuned perfectly, shifted nicely, and the fit (seat height etc.) was perfect. Didn't have to change a thing. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Would recommend, and will rent again.

  If you are looking for a bike and great customer service this is most definitely the place to be. The family vibe is everything, I’ve been wanting a bike for a little while I was tired of renting them at the beach. After 2 days of searching I received the best service here and got a cool helmet 😝
