Electric Bike Company® Showroom

I was referred to the Electric Bike Company (EBC) from a local bike shop located in Galveston, Texas who basically stated I needed to buy my E bikes from EBC. I went online and met EBC sales representative named Jeff who assisted me in customizing two E bikes - E model down to the colors to the various accessories. He was so helpful and patient working with my wife and my preferences and budget. He really went the extra yard asking our heights and other questions so we would land on the perfect e-bike for our needs. The e-bikes arrived around 3 weeks later and it was really packaged well on a pellet. I was very impressed on how easy it was to unpack and the only thing I needed to do is adjust the handle bar and seat setting. WoW - the bikes blew me away on how well built they were. The bikes came with a quick start manual, tool kit and they provided a wide variety of links on YouTube relating to different aspects of the bike. So simple! My wife customize her e-bike to color gold and my preference was red and black. There gorgeous e-bikes. Everything is done within there factory in California and they provide wide variety of color schemes to choose from. I might add they have the best e-bike warranties. I will be surprising my wife with our e-bikes on Christmas 2023. We will be riding our bikes on Christmas so I will be providing another review once we try them out. This is a quality e-bike, and a quality company! My Model X is rode hard daily, and the quality components withstand the rigor. The company has been excellent to provide parts and advice to keep me in the road...can't say enough about EBC!

Very nice and attentive staff. They have a fleet of bikes you can demo. I ended up splurging and customized my Model R order....black on black on black. Ok maybe kind of basic, but classic. Now I wait...

These bikes are fantastic and the customer service in the Electric Ride business sets the standard for all others! Perfect fit and finish. They may not be inexpensive but you get quality for the money! They are always reinvesting in the company and upgrading their products! Solid bike and solid company!

What a fun day! HAPPY 35th wedding Anniversary to US! Who needs diamonds!!!??? I finally talked my husband into jumping into the E bike world! It took some doing! We started at PedEGo then E-Lux and then when we arrived at EBC it just felt like home. Jeff greeted us at the HB location with a warm welcome! Everyone there was very kind, but we still had more learning to do before making this investment! A few days later we both decided EBC won! Because the two stores are so close together- we figured we would get more ideas from the Newport store. We opened the door and there was our same Jeff!!! It was meant to be! Jeff was awesome again ( the rep in this picture was great as well!) My husband actually found the bike he wanted and here it is! I’m ordering mine and can’t wait to see it ASAP! 321… GO!
