“This place is amazing. Don't judge it by the outside of the building. The owners care about the food they make. The pizza is best around. The pizza has a crispy crust and the ingredients are all fresh. If you think fast food pizza is good, don't eat here. Quality takes time. The sandwiches look absolutely amazing. Next time you want a good pizza or sandwich, come here and give it a try. Don't judge a book by its cover. The outside of the place doesn't reflect the quality of the food.”

“I love Jersey Mike's, however the one and only time I went to the one in Costa Mesa there was a bit of a problem. I usually get the #8 and always sub the roast beef for the bacon. In this case, the girl who took my order told me they couldn't do that. I said if there was an additional charge for it I would pay it. She responded by saying that the employees had been told by the manager that under no circumstances were they allowed to make ANY substitutions. I was surprised because it has never been a problem at any other Jersey Mike's location. I ended getting the Italian which, while it was really good, it wasn't what I originally wanted. Maybe ownership/ management should stick to the old saying, "The customer is always right."”
