“Fitzgerald's slogan is "Where service is everything". I don't think much of business slogans but I couldn't help but think about how true that statement was when it comes to Fitzgerald. Everyone I met was very professional, communicative, calm, friendly, knowledgeable and patient.It wasn't intimidating and I didn't feel like they were trying to hurry me out the door or take advantage of me lack of car knowledge either. I went in for the AAA approved multi-point inspection. I dropped off my car and they took it right away. I was about to call an Uber to go home and wait but they offered a driver to bring me home. The driver was friendly and professional. when the car was ready, they called me and let me know what was wrong with my car. They didn't push any services on me or tried to up-sell me anything. They just gave it to me straight. They answered all of my questions and made me feel valued as a customer. There's a reason they are one of the best rated mechanics in town. I would recommend to everyone. I feel bad I didn't discover them sooner.”
