“Its located inside the Mitsuwa Marketplace. There's actually a large Japanese food court in the back of the grocery store. Very authentic Japanese food vendors. This place specializes in dim sum, bao buns, and some Chinese food. The shu-mai pork dim sum is good and made from scratch when you order it. The Xiao Long Bao are average, not enough broth inside. The BBQ pork Bao Buns are good. Excellent Orange chicken, ask for extra garlic. The Chow Mein is ok but somewhat flavorless. It needs a hit of soy sauce, and the chicken is a bit dry. You can choose the thin or thick egg noodle for the Chow Mein. I prefer the thin noodle. Egg drop soup is nice. Minus a star because cash only.”

“My fiancé wanted to try IPL or some type of facial program to improve her skin and remove some age spots. After some research we decided an IPL was the best for her Asian skin and complexion. Next we began sleuthing websites for local businesses and eventually went to Groupon where we found plenty. Based on the location and reviews we decided to buy a multiple treatment package from UMedSpa in Costa Mesa. There was plenty of parking and we found the spa quickly. We were greeted and provided some standard paperwork and educated on the process. The first session was one hour but the follow ups are 30 minutes or less. My fiancé and I were thoroughly impressed with the staff, the process, and the results. After the first visit her skin was radiant but not burnt or sore. Slight improvements overall with a second visit upcoming in a few weeks with the hope that some age spots will fade even more. If this is your first time, like us, give UMedspa your business and you wont be disappointed. Ill update this review after the next couple of sessions.”

“I moved to California less than two years ago, after having Ashley Sanders, my niece, as my hairdresser since 2010. (Fort Collins, Colorado—shamelsss plug for her. Lol. She’s a color goddess.) You know how hard it is to find a new stylist! My first experience at a *different* salon was a disaster. By the second visit, the bleach (she put me under heat!) broke my hair off at the crown. I sat in the chair and cried. I found Liz and 1 1/2 years later, the broken-off piece has grown out. More than that, I have color that gets compliments almost every time I go out, even when it’s close to appointment time. (The salon itself has a good vibe, too.)”

We had a nice conversation and he genuinely care about me and my car. I came here around 2:30pm on a Monday and there was no wait. Smog check and tire check took less than 20 minutes.”
