The facility is always impeccably clean and the environment is respectfully focused on dance. It is easy to practice and keep my thought disciplined on working on the elements of the dance. The coaches, Alex and Midori, constantly refine their teaching techniques to accommodate each students learning style. When I don't "get it" they rephrase the idea until I do "get it". It is so pleasant to learn from them, because there is always a new approach, it is never boring.”

“My wife and I both had the 14oz Picanha, and we weren't sure what to expect of the hot stone thing. Now, it's our new favorite way to eat steak, and beat out 1818 as our new favorite steak place. They are different atmospheres though, Gauchos is medium-volume whereas 1818 is usually fairly quiet. But don't worry, you won't be able to hear anything over the sizzling of your steak on the 730 degree stone anyway. We can't wait to go back.”

Pregnant with our third child and loving a big hearty burger I got the western burger and my husband got the Cali burger, both were amazing! Sweet potato fries were great but the “animal style” vegan fries were the BEST! Better than in and out and I used to love theirs before switching to plant-based!
