“Room was nice but smelled like cigarettes when we got there. We let the office attendant know because we didnt want to get charged and he just brushed if off like it's normal. We also were on the first floor and could here the people above us stomping around. Other than those thing everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.”

“My son and I stayed in Costa Mesa for two weeks in June of 2018. I called all of the hotels around the area where we would be doing our activities. Cozy Inn gave me a fantastic rate for a two week stay. The location is perfect. Minutes away from Newport beach and centrally located in an area with so much to do. Everything including Disneyland is no more than a 20 minute drive. The owners were fantastic and accommodating. They gave us great recommendations on places to eat and fun things to do in our down time. The rooms were clean and spacious. All the essentials were covered. Best budget hotel in the city without a doubt. No washing machines on the premises so if you are staying for a while than you'll need to visit the laundry mat down the street. Pool was clean and outside maintenance was done daily. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable and I will be staying at the Cozy Inn again soon!”

My mother who was very supportive of me leaving the small drug infested town that I came from, was able to sleep at night knowing that I was under the care of qualified individuals who had been through the same situation that I had. “i clean my carpet at list twice a year (2 dogs and a Husband LOL) my biggest problem was that the stains would come back a week or two later and it would take at least a day to dry ! Elly from Quick dry introduce me to a new process to clean the carpet called encapsulation i didn't understand it fully at first but he said it will dry in about 3 hours and the stain will not come back ...i am writing this review over a mount since the cleaning and it looks like those guys were here yesterday .. by far the best carpet cleaning i had!”
