(April 21, 2021, 9:31 pm)It's hard to be in a bad mood in an ice cream shop to begin with , but the Baskin-Robbins in Dana Point always brightens my day. Fun warm staff, personalized service, smoothly run and incredibly fast, especially given the hospitality they give you.

(September 19, 2020, 7:55 pm)This location is under new management! I went there today to pick up a cake that I ordered over the phone and was very pleased with the service and the cake. Even though I live 15 minutes away from this location and there are 2 other locations closer to me (San Clemente and SJC), those locations were not answering their phone. This Dana Point location did answer the phone, so they got my business. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. They were all wearing face masks, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this location and I will be back.
