Since we didn't have a clear idea of what we wanted, we did several rounds of prototypes to pinpoint the perfect design. They're very committed seeing a project through from start to finish so that their customers get exactly what they want. The final result was so much more beautiful than we could have imagined! The all inclusive service of unlimited lifetime cleaning and resizing and free first year of insurance was also really appreciated. “Love the Scan & Go! It’s so quick, easy, and convenient. Just a tip for those that like to make a quick trip, park further away from the entrance. It’s always congested near the front entrance where people are waiting for closer parking. I park by Carl’s Jr. and it’s faster to walk from there. It’s also easier to get out of that area because I’m so close to the traffic lights to turn left onto Brookhurst. I went on late Friday afternoon on Memorial Day weekend and it was a bit crowded. I only needed 2 items and didn’t use a cart. I just scanned the items on my app, paid for it, and headed to the exit. There was a line to exit as 2 associates had to verify purchases. I don’t really understand why they have to scan both of my items if they already scanned my QR code. It gives a breakdown of my purchase. There was a bit of a hiccup because the associate kept scanning my 2 items but it didn’t go through. Overall, I love the experience since it’s so convenient. I would rather go here than Costco since it’s a quick in and out.”

“Code Ninjas is phenomenal! One of the few teaching places my 10 year does not complain about needing to go to. He may think he is learning how to do fun stuff on computers, but he is really learning computer skills that will carry him through his life. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are always understanding about last minute scheduling changes and makeup classes too. Our son was one of the first kids who signed up for Code Ninjas when they opened. It is no surprise to me that they have dozens of kids attending now. Code Ninjas really filled a gap in teaching that was missing in our area and I highly recommend them.”

Every time I’ve done business here, I’ve been treated with courtesy, kindness, and informed guidance. I have never had to bring one thing back.
