I highly recommend Pacific Pro's for your insurance needs. We started a business last year after we lost our jobs and dealing with the insurance world was such a difficult experience. I went for fast and easy and chose a major insurance provider, big mistake. I ended up having to do so much work to even get jobs started, that we almost wanted to quit. That is until we were at a job site and a plumber friend of ours recommended Pamela. She had simplified it so much for him that he was calm and confident of his insurance needs. I consider myself a person that can learn quickly but I was failing.
So I made the call, a call that I am telling you quite possibly, no quite positively changed my life and the life of our business. Upon speaking to Pamela, she calmed all my fears almost instantly. She explained everything to me, multiple times. I am a high-stressed, high-functioning anxious individual and Pamela was able to bring me down to earth and basically handle it all. I have never felt rushed when talking to her, like I did with my other insurance agency. She genuinely wants to help and honestly it feels less like I am talking to a business and more like I am talking to a friend.
The level of professionalism and response time is out of this world. I have managed many employees and worked in many corporate settings, none compare to level of service I get from Pacific Pro's Insurance. My company since switching to Pacific Pro's has grown and I owe it partly to them. Our company's portfolio has grown exponentially because of the ease of insuring, they deal with major companies and can handle any insurance need. When we needed additional insurance for a job that was fast approaching, Pamela quickly found us what we needed and we were insured faster than I check my e-mail.
