Every member of the staff greeted us with a cheerful, helpful manner and every request was fulfilled expeditiously the first time we asked. Classy. Clean, welcoming environment and still while meeting all of the added precautions of reopening the dining room after Covid-19 restrictions. “FANTASTIC! I have been to at least 5 different chiropractors (in the UK and USA). Dr. Nguyen is by far the best one. He takes a very relaxed approach. It is a casual atmosphere etc. (don't let that fool you into thinking anything negative. He is highly professional and knowledgeable). BUT most importantly, he knows what he is doing! It is a very precise and customized treatment from him. Dr. Nguyen will take his time to discuss your issues and listen carefully. I feel great after his treatments (I have a herniated C5 and C4 disc as well as spinal stenosis; I am going chiropractic to put off surgery for as long as possible). I highly recommend him. He is a rare, but awesome find!”

“I had a very bad experience in June of 2020, with the office staff regarding my 1st in person visit since my surgery. I received a voice message the night before my visit saying that their office no longer is contracted with my insurance so they were cancelling my appointment. I was so upset, that I called the 1st thing the next morning and asked why I did not receive any notification prior to the day before my appointment. The receptionist was rather curt and said it wasn't their responsibility to inform me, but my insurance's. That didn't make me feel any better or more knowledgeable on how to rectify this problem. I left a poor review regarding the office staff and Dr. Farjoodi and his office manager called me the next morning!! I really didn't think they read their reviews, but he does because he cares. He immediately got me in for a visit at no charge to me. I can't thank everyone at Coastline Orthopedic for taking action in my best interest. I had recently had neck surgery in Feb. and Dr. Farjoodi was my surgeon. He is an excellent Dr. and has much knowledge regarding the spine and neck. I had 2 previous surgeries on my spine by Dr. Farjoodi and I'm doing much better and can walk again! I recommend Dr. Farjoodi's office to anyone because they really do care about you and your health”
